What this website collects
You can read every page of this website without creating an account, and we do not ask you for any personal information here. This website does not use advertising trackers and does not profile visitors. Basic technical logs needed to run and secure the site (such as requests and errors) are kept without health information in them.
Please do not send health information through this website's contact routes. Health information belongs in your consultation with the clinic or in the secure portals — never in ordinary email.
Who is responsible for your information
The clinic that consults you and the pharmacy that dispenses your prescription each keep their own records of your care and are each responsible for protecting them. The platform operator processes information to run the service that connects them. Which organisation is responsible for what is explained in full in the portal privacy notices.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask for it to be corrected, and complain about how it is handled. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
