Draft — pending governance approval. This page is a working draft. Its wording has not yet been approved by the platform's governance process and may change before the service launches.
Accessibility statement
We want the Together Health website and portals to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology or adapt how content is displayed.
Our accessibility target
We are building the service to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA. We are not yet claiming that the service conforms: an independent audit and end-to-end assistive-technology testing must be completed before launch.
What you should be able to do
The service is designed so you can navigate with a keyboard, use visible focus indicators, zoom and reflow content on a narrow screen, use labelled form controls, and understand status or safety information without relying on colour alone. Motion is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
Current assurance and limitations
An internal review and automated checks cover the public pages and signed-out portal entry points, including document structure, common WCAG A and AA rules and 320 CSS-pixel reflow. No unresolved issue is currently known on those checked routes. This limited coverage is not a substitute for an independent audit, screen-reader testing or complete keyboard journeys through authenticated clinical and dispensing tasks.
Tell us if you need help
If something is difficult to use, or you need information in another format, please use our contact page. Tell us which page or task you were using, what went wrong and, if you are comfortable doing so, the browser or assistive technology involved. Do not include health information in ordinary email.
How this statement was prepared
This draft was prepared on 7 August 2026 following the internal rendered review dated 4 August 2026 and the addition of automated browser checks. It will be updated with the independent audit method, tested assistive technologies, confirmed issues and remediation dates before publication.
